In this role I am in charge of the development of employee brand led content creating stand-out creative materials across all available channels, working across the business ensuring all content inspires, informs and play its part in supporting the companies vision.
A global brand guardian ensuring that brand compliance/consistency are adhered to at all times including implementing appropriate approval processes across each piece of content.
Leading the development of unique, engaging and disruptive content from beginning to end including ideas development through to production and delivery working to ensure creative content is delivered on-time and on budget.
Managing the creative process from idea generation through to art direction, from organising photo shoots to being the on the road photographer, knowing when to think big and when you need to be hands on.

Where required, overseeing and managing external creative partners & agencies, including but not limited to designers, graphic artists and illustrators to deliver the highest quality creative from concept generation to completion. Being responsible for the development and management of the employer brand identity and brand guidelines advising on best practice and development activities.
Managing and reconciling the overall content budget, providing investment recommendations throughout the year for global or local content with any adjustments, based on analysis as required.

ic! berlin is a premium eyewear company that is handmade in Germany and sold worldwide. The brand “ic! berlin” stands on an international level and is an award winner for “innovation, quality and durability”. Made with modern aesthetics and transparent processes are the pillars of the identity.
As Senior Graphic Designer and the first employee of the new creative team, I am responsible for creating a wide variety of marketing assets for physical and online formats. It is my job to create cutting-edge campaigns to elevate the ic! berlin brand image and increase engagement in B2C and B2B channels. I enjoy getting to collaborate with internal stakeholders from product design, marketing and sales, and liaise with external agencies to ensure a consistent brand image across all touch points.

Reporting to the General Manager, I was responsible for the creation of innovative concepts for the seasonal campaign shoots and the visual identity of the brand through the Australian and New Zealand Websites. The role had a key focus on the creation and management of all key look shoots from developing the concept, through to delivery on the site. I was also responsible for developing a seasonal EDM calendar for all product categories and territories. Working with the Digital Graphic Designer and the Product and Sales Team, I was responsible for the creative direction and delivery of the weekly product EDM’s.

In my position at the Accent Group, I managed the entire Creative Department, which work closely with the marketing teams from each of the (retail and wholesale) brands, which included: Vans, Skechers, Platypus Shoes, Stance Socks, Dr Martens, Timberland, K-Swiss, Palladium. It was my responsibility to make sure we not only produced artwork that was at a international standard but also made sure we were fitting within each of the brand Global Guidelines
When I first joined the Accent Group, they were turning over $1 Millions dollar per year online, with Platypus Shoes being the only eCommerce website. I played a pivotal part in the overhaul and launching of eCommerce for the group. In my last financial year at the Accent Group, Platypus alone turned over $15 Million and collectively the group turned over $50 Million.

It is within the design of this apparel that I have worked to incorporate themes from this retro era through the use of colours, shapes and patterns.
